How to order in 4 Easy Steps.

Ordering your supplies with nationwide delivery in South Africa is easy!

Step 1:
Adding items to your shopping cart

-Navigate to the items you would like to purchase via our menu or by entering the item into the search box.

-You can add the items to the cart by clicking the add to cart button on the product page.

-If the product you would like is available in several variants, then you will need to click on the drop-down menu arrow on the product listing where you can select the variant, and adjust the quantity before adding it to your cart.

-If you would like to order more than 10 of the item, simply enter the desired quantity before clicking add to cart. Additionally, you can always make amendments to quantities on the cart page.

-When you have added all the items you would like to your cart, click on checkout either on the popup or by first viewing your cart by clicking the cart icon on the top right corner on any page.

 -If all is in order continue to checkout

-Enter your delivery information

  Step 2:  Choose a Shipping Option

Courier

-We make use of a number of courier providers dependent on your location and package dimensions.

-In order to accurately deliver to your address, please complete all address fields during checkout including the postal code section.

-Please be sure all delivery information is correct!

Collection

In-Store Collection or Own Courier Collection:

-You can come in yourself and collect the items that you have purchased in our store or arrange a courier of your choice please do contact us either by email or phone before booking your collection to confirm your order is ready for collection:

Step 4: Order Confirmation

Click on: “Complete order”

You will be shown a confirmation page once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an e-mail confirming and detailing your order with us.

Once payment has cleared, items are then processed, packaged, and dispatched usually within 1-3 working days.

You will receive an e-mail with your tracking number to track your order once it is completed.

Our Couriers will take 1 – 4 working days to deliver your order depending on your location.

You can track the status of your shipment at any time by checking your Shipping confirmation email that is sent out the second your order is dispatched.
