We offer the following shipping options:

In-Store Collection or Own Courier Collection:

You can collect the items you have purchased in our store yourself or arrange for a courier of your choice.

National Shipping:

-Major City Shipping

Shipping to major cities will cost R120.00 for all orders under R1000.00.

Major city areas are areas close to major city centers like Johannesburg, Pretoria, East London, Cape Town, Durban, etc.

Orders typically ship within 1-3 working days from the time the order is placed.

Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery to your door.

NB: This offer is only valid for orders that DO NOT weigh over 2 kg or are not Fragile, or Complex to ship.

-Outlying Area Shipping

Shipping for orders to Outlying Areas will cost R150.00 for all orders under R1000.00.

Outlying areas are areas that are a fair distance from a major town or city like Kimberley, Piet Retief, Paarl, etc.

Orders typically ship within 1-3 working days from the time the order is placed.

Please allow 3-5 Working Days for delivery.

NB: This offer is only valid for orders that DO NOT weigh over 2 kg or are not Fragile, or Complex to ship.

Simply by spending R1000.00 or more on your order, you will instantly qualify for Free Shipping!

Free Shipping Exemptions:

In some cases, items available from us may fall out of our standard shipping options as the cost to ship such products is too great.

This mainly applies to orders containing items that weigh over 2kg, contain fragile items, or contain large and bulky items that are complex to ship.

Items ordered in large volumes can also be considered bulky.

If an item does fall into the Heavy, Fragile, and Bulky shipping category, it will be stated on the product page in the product description.

There are some items available from the Grow Shop that, unfortunately, will require Fragile Shipping or Heavy & Bulky Shipping:

Orders Weighing over 2kg (Example 2 x 1 Liter pH Down Solutions), Bags of Soil, Large Grow Mediums, Grow Tent Kits, Grow Lights, Grow Tents, Grow Light Reflectors, Large Inline Fans, Large Carbon Filters, Large air circulation fans, Autopot systems, Hydroponic systems, Water Tanks, Dehumidifiers, Large Gardening Trays, Large Propigation domes, Large Dry Racks, Large Plastic pots, Trim Bags, and 10 and 20 Liter Odour Neutralizing Gels.

-Shipping Deposits:

For certain items with Complex, Bulk, or Heavy shipping requirements, we charge a Shipping Deposit of R99.00. 

The Shipping Deposit is in place so we are able to give you the cheapest and most up-to-date shipping rates as possible from our Courier Partners.

We will provide a delivery quote once your order is placed.

The Shipping deposit will be deducted from the overall delivery cost.

If additional shipping costs apply, we will hold your order and inform you of the charges.

You’ll then have the option to cancel for a full refund or proceed by paying the additional shipping fees, after which we will promptly dispatch your order.

We reserve the right to adjust delivery quotes if items are sourced from multiple suppliers, are oversized, or need delivery to areas not covered by standard courier services.

-Heavy Order Shipping;

Pricing For Heavy Items Weighing Over 2Kg:

- 2Kg-5Kg: R150.00
- 5kg and up R99 Shipping Deposit

Items weighing over 5kg will have to be charged a Shipping Deposit.

-Large & Bulky Shipping:

Certain items, particularly those that are large, Bulky, come in bulk quantities, or have complex shipping dimensions, will be charged a Shipping Deposit.

Shipping Insurance:

There is an option of Shipping insurance through our couriers, while we go above and beyond to ensure all our orders are packed in the best way possible to avoid unwanted breakages and ensure all orders up to the value of R1000.00.

For orders valued over R1000.00, we advise getting insurance on your order if it is of very high value and deemed as fragile, as we are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred once handed over to our courier.

Stock Availability:

We tend to be able to dispatch all orders in 1-3 working days, but due to the variety of products that we sell, we do not keep stock of all items on our premises and sometimes have products sent directly from our suppliers.

Please confirm product availability before placing your order.

We will always do everything in our power to provide our clients with accurate stock information, but sometimes our suppliers might provide us with incorrect information, or they might have an error on their systems. This could lead to us confirming stock for our clients, but when we process the order, they, unfortunately, inform us of the mistake from their side, and then we will not be liable for this discrepancy.

If there is any delay between when a stock check is done and the order is placed through our website, it can also lead to stock being sold out by our suppliers, and Skyline Smoke Company cannot be held liable for this discrepancy.

We will offer our client an alternative or an immediate refund on the products ordered that cannot be honored.

Skyline Smoke Company reserves the right to cancel any order if the product ordered is not in stock with us or our suppliers.

If you have already paid and the product is out of stock, we will give you a full refund or a store credit.

Shipping Delays:

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
