For Major City Areas, please allow 1-3 Working Days for delivery to cities like Johannesburg, Pretoria, East London, Cape Town, and Durban.

For Outlying areas, allow 3-5 Working days For Delivery

Outlying areas are areas that are a fair distance from a major town or city like Kimberley, Piet Retief, Paarl, etc.

In most cases, shipping on Seed Bank products is not affected only clones are subject to a shipping charge.

Clone Vault Items

All clone orders placed before 11 AM on business days will enter the preparation phase, where your clone(s) will be carefully readied for shipment. 

This process typically takes 14–21 days, allowing sufficient time for each clone to develop a strong, well-established root system before being dispatched.

-Shipping Costs:

R200 for orders of up to 6 Clones
R250 for orders containing 7-12 Clones
R300 for orders containing 12-18 Clones
R350 for orders containing 18-24 Clones

For orders of 25+ clones, please contact us directly for custom pricing and bulk order assistance.

-Shipping Schedule:

Due to the delicate nature of our clones, we only ship via overnight courier to ensure their safe arrival. Orders are shipped Monday, Tuesday, and when possible, Wednesday to guarantee delivery before the weekend.

-Shipping Process & Product Safety:

To maintain the health of your clones during transit, we ship them in clone transporters equipped with low-wattage LED lights. These lights keep the plants in their vegetative stage and, with our high-quality batteries, provide 72 hours of continuous operation—ample time for safe delivery. Overnight shipping is crucial to ensure:

  • The clones stay adequately hydrated.
  • The LED lights function throughout transit.
  • The plants arrive in top condition.

-Important Shipping Terms

  • Orders are delivered Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday based on shipping schedules.
  • Customers must ensure they are available to receive the package or have someone available to do so.
  • Skyline is not liable for delivery delays caused by the customer being unreachable by the courier. If the courier cannot contact you on the day of delivery, Skyline waives all rights to refunds.

-Courier Services

Our preferred courier is The Courier Guy, as they have provided the most reliable service for our clone shipments. Depending on your needs, we may also use PUDO locker services for added convenience and faster turnaround times.

-Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

In the rare case of a stolen, missing, confiscated, or delayed order, we will replace it free of charge, subject to availability at the time of replacement, you will have to pay the cost of shipping the clone replacements.

-Shipping Cost Breakdown:

  • Batteries
  • Secure packaging
  • Courier costs

All shipping materials, including the transporters and LED lights, are yours to keep.

Shipping Insurance:

There is an option of Shipping insurance through our couriers, while we go above and beyond to ensure all our orders are packed in the best way possible to avoid unwanted breakages and ensure all orders up to the value of R1000.00.

For orders valued over R1000.00, we advise getting insurance on your order if it is of very high value and deemed as fragile, as we are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred once handed over to our courier.

Stock Availability:

We tend to be able to dispatch all orders in 1-3 working days, but due to the variety of products that we sell, we do not keep stock of all items on our premises and sometimes have products sent directly from our suppliers.

Please confirm product availability before placing your order.

We will always do everything in our power to provide our clients with accurate stock information, but sometimes our suppliers might provide us with incorrect information, or they might have an error on their systems. This could lead to us confirming stock for our clients, but when we process the order, they, unfortunately, inform us of the mistake from their side, and then we will not be liable for this discrepancy.

If there is any delay between when a stock check is done and the order is placed through our website, it can also lead to stock being sold out by our suppliers, and Skyline Smoke Company cannot be held liable for this discrepancy.

We will offer our client an alternative or an immediate refund on the products ordered that cannot be honored.

Skyline Smoke Company reserves the right to cancel any order if the product ordered is not in stock with us or our suppliers.

If you have already paid and the product is out of stock, we will give you a full refund or a store credit.

Shipping Delays:

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
