Vape Shop — Shipping Policy
We offer nationwide door-to-door delivery across South Africa, using a range of trusted courier partners. Our preferred couriers are The Courier Guy, Fastway,and Skypoint, and we also use PUDO locker services for faster, more convenient deliveries.
Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days. To avoid delays, please select the correct shipping option at checkout. If you're unsure which option applies to your order, contact us before placing it.
How Vape Shop Shipping Works
Good news — the vast majority of vape orders ship at our standard rates. Unless your order is unusually heavy (over 2kg), you won't need to worry about special handling charges.
Standard shipping applies to all vape orders under 2kg.
Special Handling only applies if your order exceeds 2kg — for example, ordering two or more 1-litre bottles of Vegetable Glycerine (VG) in a single order.

Major cities include areas close to Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, and East London.
Outlying areas are a fair distance from a major town or city — places like Kimberley, Piet Retief, or Paarl. Not sure which applies to you? Contact us before ordering.
Townships, farms, and plots are charged a higher rate, as these locations can be higher-risk or harder for our couriers to access — our courier partners apply a "high risk" surcharge to deliveries here, which is reflected in this rate.
Free Shipping
Spend R1250.00 or more on your vape order and shipping is on us — automatically applied at checkout.
Free shipping applies to standard orders under 2kg. Delivery times match the standard rates above.
PUDO Locker Shipping — Please Note
PUDO is a great option for most vape orders. It is limited to items that fit within a single locker: maximum size 60cm x 41cm x 19cm. Heavy orders over 2kg are not eligible for PUDO.
Choosing your locker: You are responsible for selecting the correct locker and supplying the correct locker details at checkout. We ship to exactly the locker and details you provide. Skyline Smoke Company is not liable if your order is sent to the wrong locker due to incorrect information. Please double-check your selection before completing your order.

Special Handling — Heavy Orders
If your vape order exceeds 2kg, standard rates no longer apply. This typically only affects bulk liquid orders.

Shipping Deposit (R99) — Orders Over 5kg
For very large or heavy orders over 5kg, we charge a R99.00 Shipping Deposit at checkout rather than a fixed rate. This lets us quote you the most accurate, up-to-date courier rate — and the deposit is deducted from your final delivery cost.
Here's how it works:
- You pay the R99 deposit at checkout and place your order.
- We obtain a live delivery quote.
- If the actual cost exceeds the deposit, we'll hold your order and notify you of the difference.
- You can then pay the balance to proceed, or cancel for a full refund.
In-Store & Own Courier Collection
You're welcome to collect your order in person or arrange your own courier and use even uber collect.

Shipping Insurance
We pack every order carefully to prevent damage, and we cover orders up to R1000.00 in value.
For orders over R1000.00, we strongly recommend arranging insurance — particularly for high-value orders — as we are not responsible for loss or damage once your order has been handed to the courier.

Stock Availability
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days. While we carry a wide range of vape stock, some products are fulfilled directly from our suppliers. We recommend confirming availability before ordering if you need something urgently.
If a product turns out to be unavailable after your order is placed, we'll offer you an alternative or an immediate refund. If you've already paid, you'll receive a full refund or store credit.
Shipping Delays
During busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer than usual. If your order is significantly delayed, we'll reach out by email or phone to keep you informed.
